ScottoJonno is a historic Café Chantant that has been revived in the Galleria Principe di Napoli in Naples. The gallery, once a bustling cultural and commercial hub, had been abandoned and repurposed over the years. ScottoJonno, originally opened in 1883, brings back the spirit of Café Chantant and the Golden Age of the Canzone Napoletana. The venue offers cultural projects, mixology, and a diverse menu supervised by chef Marco Ambrosino. The menu showcases dishes named after local legends and characters, while the drink list features inventive cocktails. The venue also features QR codes with links to Neapolitan tales and traditions, as well as an extensive library. The revival of ScottoJonno aims to preserve the city's heritage while embracing contemporary elements.
